Just a quick note to wish everyone a safe and happy Halloween! I am Pocahontas today and will post pictures as soon as the days festivities are done! I hope everyone has a great day.
Oh! I also found these Halloween pictures that I wanted to share with everyone, since I'm such a Disney freak. Enjoy!

Vacation Chronicles...
Sorry about the super long lapse in blogging. I finally finished midterms so I am back on to the real world. I'm slowly getting to the day and a half we were in Utah but in the meantime, here are some pics we took while on the "Freedom Trail" in Boston. Rabici and I both love history so this was a fun day to go exploring the U.S. verison of History. (wink, wink) Enjoy!

Husband Tag
So I got this tag from Kaytee a while ago and am only now able to post it. Sorry! And my vacation pictures are taking longer to upload then I thought (I'm trying to throw it into a slide show so it's easier to see). Anyway, my tag for my husband!1. Where did you first meet? The awesome BYU-H Bookstore at super awesome BYU-H! (I’m being overly perky if you can’t tell)
2. How long did you date before you got married? I think it was almost 2 years. We got together in July of 2003 and didn’t marry until June of 2005.
3. How long have you been married? 3 years
4. What does he do that surprises you? It’s rare that Rabici will surprise me. Usually it’s by doing chores at a time when I don’t nag him.
5. What is your favorite feature of his? His nice, tight, washboard… smile? (he he he) He’s a rugby player so I like his abs and his backside… sorry if this embarrasses you honey!
6. What is your favorite quality of his? His ability to make and keep friends with everyone. He’s Mr. Congeniality. You can’t help but be friends with him the moment he smiles and talks to you. AND he always makes me laugh. Always; even if he doesn’t mean to.
7. Does he have a nickname for you? He usually calls me “babe” or “honey”. Typical nicknames. One thing he does tell me every night is: “Good night my sweet and beautiful wife”. I don’t deserve it, but he does tell me that every night before I go to bed.
8. What is his favorite color? Blue
9. What is his favorite food? Anything Fijian. And if there isn’t any Fijian food around, he’ll eat anything with meat in it. I call him my garbage disposal.
10. What is his favorite sport? Uh…is this even a question?
11. When and where was your first kiss? Our first kiss was on our first date. I’m not a skanky girl; we knew each other for a few months before that date. It was July 13, 2003. We had just seen a movie and he took me to Tantalus to “look at the view”. Sure honey, “the view”. Anyway, he kissed me while we looked out at
12. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? Beach, Movies or just cruising in the car around the island stopping at places we haven’t been before.
13. Do you have any children? Wait…I thought our husbands were our children. Just kidding. Nope, none yet but I’m trying so back off!
14. Does he have a hidden talent? Yes, many actually. He can cook better than he gives himself credit for, speaks 3 languages really well and a couple others fairly well, and he makes EVERYONE he meets instantly like him. I’m still trying to figure out how he does that last one.
15. How old is he? 32. And I’m 26! Cradle robber!
16. Who said "I love you" first? He did! It was in the tent behind Nia’s house. Nia and I were camping in the back because her sister was visiting and needed our room. He came over to pick me up to go to a movie and he told me "I love you." in the tent. I said, “Thanks?” It freaked me out since we’d been together for barely a month. But a day later I snapped out of my stupidity and told him I loved him too.
17. What is his favorite type of music? Fijian (no surprise there), reggae, any kind of island jams
18. What do you admire most about him? Too many things to write! He’s patient with fools, kind to everyone, and never gets into fights though he could probably kill the other person. He’s tender and loving with children and humble about everything he does (always giving credit to the Lord). He can see into the very heart of a person and know your strengths and weakness BUT never judges them for it. He’s loyal and devoted to me in so many ways. Even when I’m wrong he’s by my side, helping me find my way back. He never yells and I can always count on him to cheer me up and make my life interesting.
He probably won’t like that I’m gushing about him (the humility will kick in) so I’ll add that he’s great in bed too! (he he he)
19. Do you think he will read this? Yes. He always reads my posts though he never, ever puts anything on them himself.
20. I tag: anyone who hasn’t done this yet!

Save me from the idiots...continued
I was at the gas station the other day and was already in a bad mood. I drove all the way out to Manoa just to find out that my class was canceled and I drove out there for no reason. A lot of people called in sick at work and I was stuck doing their jobs. So now I've got to fill up my tank (which will probably cost me $70) and go to my community service as a requirement for getting my scholarship money.
I'm at the Kalihi gas station with the 7-11 with it. It's one of those older gas stations where you have to put your credit card in the center and then get a reciept inside. So I fill up and go inside for my receipt. Here's what happened:
Kelly: Hi, can I have my receipt? I was at pump 2.
Idiot: How much?
Kelly: Oh, I already filled up I just need a receipt.
Idiot: I know, how much?
Kelly: How much what?
Idiot: How much is your bill! (she shouted this to me)
Kelly: If I knew how much my bill was I wouldn't be asking you for a receipt! That's why I gave you my pump number
Idiot: We don't do it by pump number! We do it by amount!
Kelly: Then you do it wrong! What if all 4 pumps outside were the same price and we all came in looking for our receipt? Then what genius?
She just stared at me and then her co-worker handed me the ONLY receipt there and apologized for her. I thanked him, glared at her one more time, and left. IDIOT! She better not reproduce; I don't want to have to teach her idiot kids.
